Pros: 1 bedroom suite spacious & modern; Our View from Building 2, Room 2323 was amazing with beach/ocean/pool views; Full modern clean kitchen; Small washer/Dryer in suite, but noisy; Huge bathroom with deep spa tub and separate large shower; Detailed friendly housekeeping/TIP these Hard Workers Please; professional/friendly front desk; Concierge: quick & knowledgeable; Pool Complex beautiful/South end better with water slide.

7. Who wants to spend the good part of a day trying to fix a simple mistake made by the hotel?Many of the (friendly) staff lack basic hospitality skills such as efficiency, competency and professionalism often present in other Starwood properties.

8. Though generally disappointed, I do have to say the front desk staff was kind and professional, the concierge was helpful and did not try too hard to sell the idea of a time share, and the shuttle into Lahaina was a nice amenity.
