1. Our sheets and bedspread were a bit dirty when we got there and to be honest I was so tired I didn't care but I called them Monday to have them swapped out and they were quite resistant to this.

6. I'm very much a 'do it yourself' vacation person, so i didn't use the concierge much, but when we did, they were quite helpful in making our decisions and plans (although you couldn't walk away without being asked if you wanted a 90 minute timeshare tour, but we were on vacation so who cares?).
