4. Why is it that non-owners are getting better service and placement than those of us who have paid a VERY high premium? At first glance the place might look decent but as previously mentioned by another reviewer it is a glorified Courtyard by Marriott - rugs need replacing and the units need a good cleaning - sorry, but I can't stand smudged mirrors and handprints all over the windows.

5. The pools are great, the pool bar at the South Tower is friendly and the happy hour decent enough but the food is only mediocre however the breakfast buffet is worth it.

6. There are two towers and depending on where your room is, you may have a decent walk to the other tower for breakfast, mini-store, restaurant, etc.
