1. We did have a couple of minor issues while we were there and they were taken care of immediately (a fan not working and the HBR had to get propane to the grills).

2. The beds were excellent, the sheets great (something I care about), the furninshings were great - OK, our one big complaint is that we couldn't find the dice for the Yahtzee game (haha).

3. The unit may not be the fanciest on the island in that it doesn't have granite countertops in the kitchen (did in bathrooms but we just don't care about that - we're not buying the place) and the hotel has some issues without a bar or restaurant currently (again - we love to combine eating-in when convenient with eating all over the island and would not eat at a resort restaurant more than once anyway).

6. If you decide to stay here rent an owner owned unit, they are the best cared for from what we've heard and experienced.
