3. Upon checking out, the young man asked about our problem and when I told him that they didn't quiet down for another twenty minutes or so, he removed one night's parking charge from the bill ($32) which was also appreciated.

10. My only complaint was when I checking in ( 3pm ), I had told the girl on the front desk for a quiet room that away from the elevators and ice machine.
