2. It is convenient to a PATH station to get into NYC as well a a short walk to a ferry terminal, which is a fun way to get to the city on a nice day.

3. It's a little more difficult to get a taxi back from Manhattan at night - many's the time I've given the driver my iPhone so he can follow the directions but it adds to the fun.
