3. - Very friendly staff (front desk, services, housekeeping)- beautiful view on NYC skyline- Comfortable beds and pillows (soft & firm)But one remark: staff in Vu restaurant is not performing up to standards.

4. Think of it this way - if you stay in a hotel on the water in NYC, you have a view of NJ, but if you stay in NJ you have a beautiful view of NYC.

9. Had a few minor problems which the very professional manager Misty did accomadate us the next dI will go back to this Hyatt as I felt the room was beautiful and the staff professional.
