1. This resort is absolutely gorgeous, and BIG.

2. It is a complex of multiple hotels, restaurants, pools, shops, all connected by either a Disney Tram System, boats in canals or walking through beautiful semi open walkways filled with gorgeous Asian antiques.

3. Tucked into a cove on the lava coast of the big island, it is a man-made paradise filled with pools, a salt water lagoon, a dolphin pool, rockwork waterfalls, palms and gorgeous tropical gardens and paths.

8. If you are looking to stay in this area, look at the Marriot, which is right next door, or the Mauna Kea, which is gorgeous, about 15 min away.

The pool, the hotel, the room, the luau, the dolphins, the cocktails and everything else (too many to mention) were absolutely amazing, we could actually see the sea whilst lying in bed and the views we had from our balcony of the sunset over the Lagoon Pool / Sea were so gorgeous, we couldn't stop taking pictures.
