2. I got to use the gym which was decent sized enough to get a decent work out, but for a resort of this size I expected bigger.

4. Inside the resort, only place I would recommend is the Orchid Market Place where they sell decent food, including fresh made pizza for reasonable resort-like price (lunch for 2 around $35).

6. Off property we ate at Romano's Macaroni Grill (horrible & never again we were tired that night that is our excuse), Roy's (excellent), Merriman's Cafe (okay but the server argued with me and told me the chocolate cake was supposed to be black/burnt on top), Buzz's Sandtrap (good and decent value), and Marriott Luau (good for luau food).
"Fun place to stay...I did miss the beach " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/12/2010 Vote
7. Not too much outside of the hotel in terms of restaurants and nightlife - a few decent restaurants in the shopping village just outside the resort.
"Really liked this hotel - better than expected " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/8/2010 Vote
8. You can expect to pay the same price for coffee at breakfast (if you are not planning on eating the buffet) but our room had a decent coffee maker and coffee, so we made use of that before heading down to breakfast.
"Like Paradise " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/5/2010 Vote
9. Our room was decent, we had a nice view of the ocean and the lagoon.

10. Our room was probably one of the cheaper types available (golf club view in the Palace tower), but was perfectly fine, a decent size with a comfortable bed.
"A fantastic place " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/24/2010 Vote
