1. We had a package that included breakfast, and the breakfast was really good and served in a nice setting outside by the cove.

6. For example, we spent two nights at the Marriott Waikoloa (a perfectly nice but much cheaper hotel) after our evening flight arrival and the next day when we did the Mauna Kea tour, then two nights in a B & B in Volcano while we explored the park, finally finishing off our trip at Kona Village.
