1. The Hales do not have air conditioning except for LT10.

6. That's OK except that your dinner, for example, for 2 people is always $150, no matter what you get.

7. We reserved our package through the 1-800 number of the resort, it went well except that they were to e-mail me our confirmation and details, which we never received, even after calling a second time.
