Either people that are used to full-feature, modern hotels (not a resort, but everything is basically new-ish, clean, corners aren't cut, etc) that want to save some money or people that usually stay in rock-bottom prices (almost hostels) who are fine with whatever sacrifices are made to get to that price.

8. it has the neccessary stuff; beds (need new pillows, little hard), i had no bugs, get the non smoking room, they stink otherwise (and I am a smoker).
