1. Came off elevator & almost trip over a bunch of lamps in the open area as you step off-once around the lamps open 1st room & was hit with strong smoke smell, called front desk told her I needed a new room.

3. The following morning I was ironing a shirt and noticed that the iron was dirty and sticky; I called the front desk and in less than 5 minutes I had a new iron, out of the box, delivered to my room.
