1. great service, front desk person was a bit unaware of the events going on that night, which was surprising as my travel partner works as front desk, and is always aware.

5. I got there at 2PM which was before check-in, but they scrambled to have my room ready within just a few minutes, which was greatly appreciated, as my son was tired after a long drive.
