5. The hotel staff was very friendly but when the shower broke in the night and could not be turned off there was no one available in maintenance to fix the problem so the hot water ran for hours.

8. The staff was mainly friendly but I was first caused to wait in the pool area for the spa repairman, then wait more while he tried to fix the spa, then told to come back in a half hour, and finally the front desk called me and said the spa couldn't be fixed that night.
