1. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a gorgeous suite but the other rooms were lovely too.

2. There is a wonderful park and walking trail between you and State Street, with a sort of a mini botanical garden / park to keep you interested along the way, if the gorgeous beach view isn't enough.
