2. The hot tub and pool were nice except for some reason the hot tub was not hot and there was no technician that night to fix it.

3. The walk to the State Street area is a touch too far (20 minutes to the first restaurant) - the 25c tram car is fine but only runs until 6pm (except Fri/Sat) which is ridiculous in high summer.
