1. The check in staff at the front Desk were exceptionally welcoming.

I was going to complain on departure but i noticed the sign on the reception welcoming a whole load of cheer leading groups so there was no point but the hotel should make sure they don't practise underneath holiday makers rooms there is plently of ground around the hotel that is not near any windows.
