1. Room was spotless upon arrival- we picked up daily but the room service took care of trash, making beds and fresh towels daily.

4. The few issues we had were taken care of quickly even the day that housekeeping missed our room and we called about 5:05 and they said they were done for the day but they quickly brought us fresh towels.
