1. Service was fairly good, the staff was helpful and quick (we had a drainage issue with one of our bathtubs and it was fixed while we were out).

Floridays is a fairly nice hotel compared to our previous one at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa - we arrived around midnight, but later cancelled our stay after finding ants/bugs in our room and spending a cold night there since the hotel locked the climate control settings (stupid and the staff was not particular helpful nor did we get an apology or an explanation about the bug infestation).

5. Space was adequate, the rooms were clean and bright, linens and towels were good quality, full size kitchen with dishwasher was great, pool area was clean, washer/driver unit was small but adequate (in unit), having two full bathrooms was great, hotel staff were all pleasant and helpful.
