Rooms are with kitchen ( bit outdated but all works )My view was to kuhio side so not much to see even 12th floor, Ala wai side might be better, and that would be also to morning sun side, cooler at evenings, Room type was superior Studio and it was enough spacy to me, with 2 big beds, comfy enough for 4 if needed and not too soft or hard.

4. We had a superior twin room (803) and whilst this was on the side of the hotel we did have a good view of the Canal, Golf Course and mountains behind to our right (the view was other hotels looking straight ahead on the lanai, but Waikiki is a large city afterall).
