2. Negatives: Weak continental breakfast, Needs a fresh coact of paint, Early morning loud garbage trucks (everyday), No bells and whistles positives: Affordable, Decent location (less than 3 blocks from beach), Clean and comfortable, Nice pool and hottub, restaurant/bar.
