1. Because we booked online we also got free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was great, although we had to pay for the third person ($10 I think).

7. We chose this hotel because of the cheap fares, the location (canal view but from a walking distance to Waikiki beach), the free wi-fi internet and the breakfast included in the price.
