1. Overall, the hotel is a fine deal, but would have liked the cleaners to do a bit better job in the rooms--especially places like walls, etc.

2. best of all, you dont need to ask for an upgrade, once they realize they have better rooms for you, they automatically give it to you.

7. While the staff at this hotel couldn't be better - very friendly and helpful, our room itself was terrible: a hard, old matress covered in plastic which made us sweat every and all night.

10. Located just a 5 minute walk from the beach unless you want to stay right on the beach itself, this hotel couldn't be better located.
