3. Views from any room are magnificent, and calling my room a 'partial' ocean view is a huge undersell - sitting on the balcony on the 11th floor provided a fantastic vista of both the International Marketplace and the ocean.

8. the beachcomber is in a great location - just across the road from waikiki beach - in the middle of a whole heap of high end shops and the international marketplace is around the corner - fantastic for dinner - cheap cheap cheap and the quality of the food is fantastic with a huge range of types of food.
