3. The room had 2 double beds, a refrigerator (not real cold), a reasonable balcony, and a beautiful view of the ocean (about 150 yards away), along with a small view of Diamond Head, and a view back to the golf course and the mountains inland.

4. If you want an unrestricted ocean view, this is not the hotel for you but if you are lucky, you can get a room with a glimpse of the beautiful Pacific.

8. All in all, the HI Waikiki Beachcomber was a standard hotel but what put it over the edge for me was that it had all new decor and furniture, it overlooked the beautiful ocean and it had a balcony.

9. the best restaurant for us is straight over the road from the beachcomber ,the cheesecake factory massive portions and absolutely beautiful the only downside is they explain the tipping stategy to you and how much they expect,i am sorry but we are english and we dont tip well not like the americans but they were wanting 15% on top of the bill .
