2. We stayed here on the basis that it had the best pool facilities for young children, however, we found the pool so uninviting that we did not use it at all.

3. And she tells us that she's superduper sorry, but the saleslady was wrong, shouldn't have told us we'd be getting anything more than the most basic room, and basically that we need to suck it up and deal, the 80 buck upgrade is her best offer.

4. Location wise, arguably the best location on Waikiki is where the Royal Hawaiian and Duke's are, so the HHV is a bit far from that.

5. The Ala Moana is 15 minutes away on foot, or you can take the pink trolley right outside the Tapa Tower for $2each way, it has many stores and the best food court I have ever seen.
