1. We could see that the internal rooms with just louvres looking onto the open air lobbies would not be great, but for the extra price a higher room overlooking the beach is well worth it.

7. I have had the rooms at the top with the great view (the numbers ending in one are the larger ones with views), the rooms with partial ocean view (I remember them to actually the largest rooms in the property) and the rooms with a wall looking into a wall (ok for the price and for vetilation).

Had a great stay at the Beachside, its a little run down and the elevator is on the small side but the room was comfortable considering the limited time spent in the room (gone from dawn to late every night) A very quiet building and the staff was fantastic (Kevin was great to chat with and helped us out with anything we needed)It could use some new curtains but other than that it was priced decently and the beach was only across the street.

10. Good things: great view, great location, bathroom looks like it has been remodeled in the last five years, clean room, nice big balcony, and a friendly staff.
