9. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is beautifully maintained and decorated and it was grand being surrounded by so many happy families with young children enjoying all of the unexpected amenities, such as the penguins and the parrots.

10. Since he was doing nothing and waiting for 8:00 am, what's wrong with handing out a towel to your guests 10 minutes earlier and make them happy? We stayed at Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel (3 star) for one night before our cruise and the staffs were much more friendlier and helpful.
