1. We had great burgers next door at the Hale Koa Military hotel (cafeteria style ordering then take your tray out to the bar/patio tables on the beach - you don't have to be military to eat there) and that is much cheaper - $18 for two burgers, fries, and cokes.

2. Everything there is much cheaper than the stores around the hotels.

3. We did not have to park a car, but the public parking lot at the marina literally across the street from the GW is a lot cheaper (I think $6 or so a day vs $24) and there is a gate near the lagoon the enters into the parking lot.
