6. If you are looking for a reasonable moderate place to stay with full cooking ability and adequate accommodations, then this might be for you.

7. One further point to be considered is the many recent good reviews written about this hotel and the reason we booked, however on checking the reviews on our return we find almost all recent reviews are written by first time reviewers.

8. The outstanding customer service from Paul Dun in guest relations and the front desk staff are a really important reason why I return to the Island Colony whenever I am in Honolulu and recommend it to those who like the convenience of a kitchenette and helpful, friendly hotel staff.
