3. The rail has clear glass and is not like most with bar rails; this makes for an awesome lunch or cocktail experience watching the incredible view without obstruction.

8. A 6 minute walk to the beach, and a Starbucks on the corner - if you are a cheapskate like me, the airport bus 19 and 20 are right on Kuhio - but you can't have much luggage for $2.

9. I like this hotel because you have that whole kitchenette, which is good for families with kids because you know they never finish their food @ the restaurant but then get hungry as soon as you reach back to the room ;).
