1. Don't bother asking for late checkout if you are on a redeye flight back to the mainland, I am a hilton diamond member and they did not care.

6. Guess I don't go looking for this and given that most hotel rooms are used by thousands of guests, some who take care of their surroundings, this hotel has very well maintained rooms and facilities.

8. Both had deep cracks in the structures - one of the rails was actually loosened -- I took pictures of this, should you care to review them.

10. When I checked out I explained why I was not staying the full time that I had reserved the clerk did not seem to care or express concern about my unpleasant stay.
