We asked if we could look at a room for future visits (this was no problem at all and they gave us 2 rooms to look at) as we just loved hawaii for shopping fantastic (but make sure you visit the outlets - best prices for great brands), food especially The Cheesecake Factory that was our favourite, weather was good, everything is just great in Hawaii.
