2. We also enjoyed the Manager's Reception (the Sway beverage was very refreshing) and I got a chance to meet Patricia and tell her how much I enjoyed our stay and how I liked her responses to guests who post on Trip Advisor.

7. I used computer service at BC area and deposited my money for printing one document from my internet file but the printer didn't work, the hotel staff said he would refund my money but I waited for no response.
