1. While the rooms have not been upgraded (except for the new, flat, wall-mounted TV), the rooms are clean and comfortable.

5. I didn't have to dry my clothes more than once, machines are new, right next to the elevator so if you have a great load to carry, you won't be carrying it far.

7. the palms & spa touts its beds as being 'aquabliss' and they were very comfortable--more so than our own bed at home (am now in the market for a new bed, actually).
