3. The elevators are a little slow, but really, if you're on vacation - who cares? We moved to a different hotel for business purposes after a week at Aqua palms - and even though it had a higher star rating - we preferred Aqua palms and wanted to go back there.

9. it doesn't have much of a view--you can barely see the top of diamond head from the balcony over and between other hotels--but we didn't care much about that (remember, we're from honolulu).
