1. The man at the omelette station was positively grumpy, and I heard him complaining to another guest that he used to do night shifts and they had switched him to the morning, when he wasn't a 'morning person'.

4. I stayed for 10 days in March 2011First the positives:- most polite and cooperative hotel staff you will find anywhere- great location- reasonable prices- large well lit rooms- great hiking trails and golf courseNegatives:- rooms are slightly run down and musty smelling.

5. your staff treated us exceptionally well the girls at the front desk were very thorough with activities we could do while there, there was one wo was very nice and very well positioned in her job.

6. There was a rolling office-type chair (great for using after you get tired of the other, uncomfortable furniture), but the back on it couldn't be locked in the upright position, so you can't lean back if you decide to watch TV while you're sitting in it.

8. I have nothing but positives things to say about this hotel: the lobby was very clean and staff were very helpful and courteous; the room was spotless, newly renovated and spacious; and the grounds were lovely-- nice pools, fitness room, and common areas; free shuttle service w/in the hotel.
