2. When we expressed interest one night in trying a particular restaurant elsewhere in Phoenix (several miles away), the staff printed out directions for us & were eagerly awaiting our return later that night to hear our impressions of the restaurant; on another occasion, they took care of arranging a cab for us, etc.

3. I asked what I was to do with it as the hotel was charging me on my bill I was told nothing, that the voucher the hotel gave me to put on my dashboard would take care of it and they would let me out.

4. Staff so helpful and fun, Our room was so right, a bit of someplace else, imagination and care went into and has stayed at this hotel.

10. She had to spend about 4 hours in the lobby taking care of details, but most of our staff were given rooms eventually.
