3. I chose not to pay for the breakfasts but did take advantage of the free Starbucks coffee in the mornings by the restaurant area.

4. That said, the location is good (just off Central, connected to an office building), the service is friendly and competant, they have the standard breakfast offerings (important to me), the room was large and clean, and the free wi-fi worked.

6. The manager is rude and snippy, and didn't appear to care at all for the company's slogan regarding satisfaction or it's free (which was prominently displayed at the check-in counter and on elevators.

9. Hotel refuses to validate when free lot is full, even after booking two conference rooms for 5 or 6 weeks.
