1. The place is clean, it's very close to the light rail line and it's connected to a very good health club/gym that serves as the hotel's fitness center.

6. That said, the location is good (just off Central, connected to an office building), the service is friendly and competant, they have the standard breakfast offerings (important to me), the room was large and clean, and the free wi-fi worked.
