1. Hotel is under new management and the owners may or may not re-join Starwood after June -- I think it depends on how fast they can rehab the property.

3. It was clear that the hotel was understaffed - as after being out all day - when we returned at 5pm - our room had not been made up and the staff was still working to get rooms ready for new arrivals.
