2. Pros - Staff were generally friendly and accomodating, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the pool was nice after a long day, free internetCons -The food in the restaurant was not very good (bland and too salty), the workout room only has broken, barely-functioning equipment, and the surrounding area doesn't offer much to do after a long day.

3. The cereal (raisin bran) was definitely generic, and also stale.

4. The rooms were good, good size, good facilites, great shower although I agree some of the refurb was dodgy- half painted bathroom door ???The hotel ground floor looks refurbished and the general areas too but had a sad feeling of no atmospehere overall.
