3. The housekeeping service was nil, I called to just have my bed made up, left for a few hours and my room had not been touched and no one ever showed up to take care of it.

4. Lots of apologies when complaints were brought to the attention of the front desk but this hotel needs alot of tender love and care and a bit more attention to the guests comfort and needs.
