1. pleasant 2 night stay here recently - the room was very nice, staff were excellent, and breakfast was decent.

2. I've stayed at this ES in years past and found it quite pleasant - however, I do remember being on one of the top floors in a past winter and finding it quite hard to cool off the room due to the heat naturally rising in a large open atrium like ES.
