2. If the air wasn't so poor I would rate the place 4/5 because the staff was stellar, the bed and room very clean and very comfortable, didn't like the breakfast but there was a Panera right near.

4. The room was very clean and nice the only complaint is the temp control no cool air available suggested turning the thermostat down and using the fan, the room was still too hot luckily the window opened to get some cool air in the room.
