1. We called the front desk, mentioned the filth in the bathroom - no apology from concierge just ok come downstairs for a new key (the elevators take forever BTW - waiting 8 minutes morning of marathon and eventually just walked down all 12 flights b/c it was taking forever.

2. Very comfortable bed, nice flat-screen TV with a lot of HD channels (better than a lot of hotels with new TVs but only a few HD channels), and a solid shower with good water pressure in a somewhat small bathroom.

3. the conclusion is we overestimated by Sheraton's fame, and I would not like to stay there again but some other new hotels nearby.

7. 95/night ethernet cable needing Internet connection was NOT working in our new, quieter room.

8. The hotel isn't new, so it shows its age a little bit - in particular the bathroom and the pool - but it is very clean so no complaints.
