1. All in all not the best stay, but after writing to a manager we did get 2000 points for our trouble.

8. Also, the higher up you are, the hotter it tends to be - can be very hot in indy end of may - not sure if the AC is the best.

10. If you want an exceptional staff, that knows who you are, by name upon arrival, who will do their very best to make your stay the best Sheraton stay they can, then this hotel is a good option.
