1. I checked out of my room asap, and alerted the front desk, but they didn't offer to do anything except hold my bags.

2. The staff was very friendly, except for the person at the desk at midnight when we got back to the hotel who sold me tuna and crackers from the sundries shop.

4. If you want an exceptional staff, that knows who you are, by name upon arrival, who will do their very best to make your stay the best Sheraton stay they can, then this hotel is a good option.
