1. I understand that the parents (or coaches) are the first to blame for not properly parenting or supervising these children, but the hotel has a responsibility to also supervise their facility and unruly guests asked to behave or leave, for the peace and safety of other guests staying there.

2. :)While the entire staff was simply amazing, the housekeeping staff gets three gold stars for their friendliness, quick response to our needs and again, friendliness.

3. - lock on balcony door did not work- saftey bar on sliding door missing- Chair missing from room-box spring was larger then mattress- found a pencil in the bed when I turned it downThe front desk clerks response was fine, I'll let the Manager know when he arrives.
